Bill Payment Options

All bills are due the 20th of the month by 5:00pm unless it falls on the weekend or a holiday. In that case, they are due the next business day by 5:00pm. We offer a wide variety of payment options to our customers. See options for bill pay: Learn more...

Policy Enforcement

June 20, 2025

If the account holder (name on the bill) is deceased and water is cut off due to non-payment, the account name must be changed over to a new responsible party in order to restore service. There is a $50 non-refundable and non-transferable fee that must be paid at this time as well.

This has been policy for years, but it will be strictly enforced as of 07/01/2025
